It's the "Tantalizing 20th" for Aishna Today!
The "no-longer teenager" begins the day by accompanying us to Altdorf to pick up her cake baked by another 20 year old beauty: Simona.
Simona is a jeweler by profession and also loves to bake cakes for fun. Simona and her proud mother Bettina show us a thin crusted, creamy quark forest berry chocolate cake! It wins the best cake contest hands down.
I'm wondering if she'll offer baking lessons. It soon becomes increasingly difficult for me to drive with the cake and not dig into it already

Everyone is happy to have a leisurely morning after the hectic day yesterday.
Vikram accompanies Lukas to drop the drinks at the ships station. The rest of us are happy to gossip, watch Viikram's portfolio, munch on snacks. I'm amazed at our stomach's capacity to expand!

We pick up our friends Ruth/Terry and Lisa huete (Today) from Zurich Airport... No idea where the days/weeks have flown by. It's Summertime and the Living is easy...
Friends, Family, warm weather, refreshing swim, delicious food, yummy desserts, Gelati to die for... what more can one ask for!

Hmmm.. it's Monday and the best part is: I don't have to go to WORK!!! What an amazing feeling.. However, we need to do some errands in Lucerne. It's Huere Heiss (extremely hot) here and we take a swim in the evening to refresh. Today Aishna also swims with us.
Claudia and Armand (our friends) join us for Dinner. They relish the simple Chole, Aalu-Methi, Kheera/tamatar Raita. They really love the Indian sweets that Aishna has brought.
We discuss some possible hikes while relaxing in the balcony. Every peak looks very easily attainable from the comfort of the balcony ;)
